View Signatory Details - MCA site issues

Members,

Any one of you faced the problem while filling DIR 11 and 12. Pls guide to resolve the same.

In our case we have to appoint two directors and resign the both the existing directors on one date.

We filled form DIR 11 of both the directors resigning and the same got approved, but now unable to upload DIR 12. There is a error message coming - the signatory is not authorised to sign on this form.

As of now there are no directors is the View Signatory Details on MCA site.

As of now as per mca records there is no authotised signatoty then how can mca allow you to file any form

Dear Jain

Hope the company is having only two directors and both got resigned and in their place some other two are inducted as directors.

If I am correct.

In such situations, the company has to file e-forms for appointment first and later for resignation. This is due to technical issues. As soon as you file resignation, the names of the existing director will get vanished from the MCA portal. Due to this you are facing the problem.

My suggestion is do roll check for the DSC of the new director and use any of their dsc for their e-form - appointment. I am not sure whether this will work.

Yes, I m trying all the ways suggested by you all but MCA people are also not able to resolve the same now.

Hi,

Even I have a case wherein I'm planning to file a single DIR12 both for the appointment of a new director and resignation of an existing director. The appointment and resignation has been done at the same Board meeting. I will file DIR11 for resignation on director's behalf after filing DIR 12.

Please let me know if i'm correct by doing so.

this will not work... form will say the person is not authorized to sign. this is big headache.

first appoint then remove using the new director.

this is technical issue

thats the reason never file DR11 first. this will just remove that person name from MCA

Always file DR12 so that things will be under control if you have any issue you can manipulate with DSC.

Even i too faced same problem Luckily we had another alternative director. we could clear the form DR12

There is one more existing director whose dsc can be used for dir12

i filed one form in which two directors were resigning and two appointed. just dont do dir 11 first.

You are right - you will have to file DIR 12 for appointment and then let the out going directors resign.

Both the things u can do appointing and resignation.

 

first put appointment

then pur resignation in DR12(same form)

 

file it. the out going director  will go and incoming director  will come.

 

you can latter file Dr11

 

toavoid the technical nusance.

A big stupid thing you have Already done. Kindly apply your IQ that how can you file form using DSC of a person who is not director of the company yet. And you have filed form for removal of bth the directors. There is no way out to file any form as of now.

 

Kindly contact MCA service kendra at the earliest.
