DIR-3 KYC Extension- Any chance

Hi!

The website performance is horrible under V3.

Any chance that the DIN- DIR3 KYC  date may get extended.

So many OTP, many times log out issues, slow site performance etc etc.

There should be immediate notification by MCA that the date extended.

Hope the action may be taken.

Lets all pray and plead.

On Sept 1 I was pleasantly surprised about the performance. Now it looks like it is unable to take the load.

The penalty for not filing from day 1 is Rs 5000. 

This sort of abrupt hefty fine is something only tyrannical dictators will impose on their citizens.

The list of abrupt hefty penalty is long:

Income Tax, Bill of Entry Filing in Customs...

When something wrong happen Bar council does not hesitate to complain before court but Now ICSI should take strong representation because last time also there was an unsolved error in form 11 of LLP in capital / Partners data prefil and we had paid a penalty.

If the portal does not work properly we need to pay Penalty of Rs.10000/- per company having a minimum of two directors.

Even till today theye have not given any system about challan generation if there was an error in payment.
