Dear Friends

any one please help out for the NOC format, A Pvt. Ltd. wants to shift its registered office within local limit for which the company is required to file Form-18 with ROC with proof of address. But the said company does not have any proof of address for the proposed location. The proposed location is holding under the licence agreement by B Partnership firm with licensor. So, my quarry is what documents are required to show proof of address. If any NOC is required please provide specimen NOC. As per my knowledge, A Pvt. Ltd. has to submit Licence Agreement made with B Partnership firm, And the Licensor and NOC issued by B P firm. to A Pvt. Ltd. Any difference in openion is accepted. Thanks in advance

Dear Sathya,

You need to give the following 

copy of lease deed 

proof of address for which the lessor is the owner like EB card / BSNL Telephone Bill / Property Tax Card...etc 

if it is a mutual agreement to provide office space ... then you can get a NOC from the landlord / licensor ... NOC format attached..
