Deactivate Login ID on V2

Hi,

is there any way to deactivate Login ID on V2. Bcz we want to register DSC on MCA portal when contacted they say there are two login ID one on V2 and another on V3 and they told you need to deactivate login id on V2 then only u can register DSC. Inspite of several complaints still issue is not resolved is there any solution of this.

I’m raising ticket in this same regard from more than one month but they are not giving any solution. Even tweeted , did mail, tried every method but nothing worked.

How much time they take to deactivate the Id? They said it will be deleted by 7-8 in the evening yesterday but my Id is still active

Instead of deactivating User ID on V3 in my case they have again created a User ID on V2 with new name. What has to be done now is there any solution. I want to register DSC on V3 and by creating User ID on V2 is there any way out.
