HOW TO REVISE DPT 3

Please suggest how to revise DPT 3 filed for the current financial year? Can we file it twice? Has anybody done that? Any queries from ROC??

Yes, we have filed DPT-3 two times for FY19-20 when some inconsistency was noticed in Audited Balance Sheet and DPT-3. No such queries has been marked by ROC till date. Also, CFSS has been filed for FY19-20 only for the latest DPT-3 Form for said FY. Though it is not advisable to file the form twice, but if there is any major inconsistency, make sure that you give reasons/ explanations for the same through attachment in your second filing.

Nice. But I cannot enter this form in CFSS scheme. It will be a hanging sword if any query arises.

 

Also taking route of 10(6) Registration Offices and Fees Rules is tedious as it requires affidavit etc.

 

Thus, only option is to file revised with a clarification.
