MGT 14 for resolution passed in agm conducted through VC

Hi All,

As per the mca circular, Mgt 14 is required to be filed for a resolution passed in agm conducted through vc within 60days. However if I file form mgt-14 which is within the time limit of 60days.mca is still charging additional fees.

Any one facing this issue and any solution to this?
