What about companies who do not have provision of common seal, since the format of SH-1 says"Given under the Common seal of the company.........."

That's just a format of SH-1 which we need to adhere to. So even if the wordings are there & common seal is not affixed (since you have specified the same in the Articles), that's fine.

Given under the Common Seal of the Company this 20^th Day of February, 2020

What about Distinctive no?

If we transfer the share partially using the same share certificate how can we change the distinctive no of the share ?

In that case, first of all, the original share certificates gets cancelled. Thereafter, splitting of share certificates happens according to the situation with new distinctive nos. Finally, transfer of the concerned share certificates happens, which will be endorsed.
