Filing under CFSS scheme

Hi

When we will file forms of annual filing file mgt and AOC for previous years of One company do we have to do anything or challan automatically will come 10% of the total fees??

Pls clarify.

You don't need to do anything separately. Just upload the form, and proceed to payment. The MCA portal will automatically calculate the 10% fee
