Anyone who has recently filed form FCGPR on firms portal kindly share the formats of declarations and CS cert to be uploaded alongwith the form

Alongwith this ask your banker if they have some other set formats,  

BR

FIRC

KYC

MOA AOA COI

If right issue then previous first allotment approved mail has to be attached

Press note 3(in case of foreign allotment

IF right issue is to foreign shareholder then make one declaration:

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

 

As per Rules:

In case of an unlisted company, the right issue to person resident outside India shall not be at a price less than the price offered to persons resident in India.

 

We also hereby certify the same that the right issue is not made at a price less than the price offered to persons resident in India.
