Master Data correction

Dear All,

One of our group Company's Master data is incorrect in respect of paid-up capital which is wrong in MCA 21 portal, one minor mistake was occurred at the time of filing of form 2 because of one extra "zero" added by mistake in form 2 no. of allotment but resolution is correct and attached with the form and all other figures are correct except one.

Can the master data be corrected at the time of filing of annual return.

Kindly guide in this regard.

It cant be corrected automatically.  As it is a mistake in filing of Form 2, so it is better to go for filing of revised form 2 with corrections.

You will submit physical copy of master data correction to your ROC office along with latest annual return in which paid up capital figure is right.

For the purpose of correction in the Master data of Company.

1.      You just need to print the Master data from MCA 21 & for the proof just bring your actual annual return.

2.       Visit ROC & discuss the matter with officer.

They will act on it very fast.
