Removal of 1st Directors Name from AOA ????

Dear All,

Is it possible / permitted to remove the Name of the First Directors mentioned in the Articles of Association at the time of Incorporation by going for an amendment of Articles of Association ???.  Will the ROC approve such an amendment ??.

Can you elaborate the case ? You can amend but you can't mention another individual's name as first director.

What is the requirement of amending the First Director Clause ?

I don't want to add the existing Director's Name, but want to remove the First Director's Name from AoA.
