Error in Prefilling DIN

Dear Friends,

I am trying to fill one DIN in form 20B and while prefilling the same in Directors details (Point No. 12) its showing error message that "ENTER A VALID DIN"

I have raised ticket also but there is no response from MCA. Can you please suggest me way-out of it.

have u checked tht the DIN continues to be associated with the company?

Directors is ceased to be associated with the company still its accepting two another DIN who also are not associates with the Company but not accepting only this one.

Dear Sudhir,

 

The error is occuring only because you make the copy paste of DIN.

 

As you paste the DIN in the box it leaves one space along it, & Hence it will show the error message as stated by you.

 

Hence, pl. enter the DIN by typing the number & Dont make copy paste. Definately your problem will be solve.

Please check the date of appointment of director, if its after the date of agm, it will not accept the DIN.

Good evening Friends,

Even I am also facing the same problem.

In my case, Directors are ceased to be associated with the Company and while filling form 20B, error is shown "Enter valid DIN" but Form 23AC & 23ACA has been successfully uploaded by using the same DIN.
