To Authorise ________________Director of the Company to release the title deeds from the Bank:

 

"RESOLVED THAT the  ______________ Bank be and is hereby requested to release the old title deeds mortgaged at the time of obtaining financial assistance from the Bank.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT ___________, Director of the Company be and is hereby authorised to give on behalf of the Company, all such declarations or confirmations as may be required by the bank in this behalf.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT _________________, Director of the Company be and is hereby authorised to release and obtain the title deeds on behalf of the company and to sign, seal, execute and deliver all such documents and to do all such acts as may be necessary to give effect to the above resolution."
