Appointment in Casual Vacancy

Dear Team,

Please advise

An auditor resigned before completion of its term and ADT-3 has been filed for the same.
 Furthermore, to fill the casual vacancy- a new auditor is being appointed for 1 year( pending term of resigning Auditor) and while filing the ADT-1, form is asking to fill the "Specify the SRN of relevant form and it says ADT-1/ 23B/ GNL-2 SRN entered shall be approved SRN associated with the CIN.  

Please confirm which ADT-1 SRN needs to be filled here.( this form is for filling the casual vacancy).

Please note that this is late filing in EGM and the same auditor has been appointed for further 5 years in AGM and ADT-1 has been filed for that.



This is urgent. Kindly advise.
