Urgent query on CA certificate in form INC 24

Dear Members

This is with reference to the captioned subject.

I have filed form INC 24 for change of name and main objects with ROC and ROC objected the same with the following remarks:

"No certificate of turnover from CA about turnover from the new activity (food) is attached while according to the instruction kit to form INC-24 is mandated that if change of name is due to change in main activity of the company, a certificate from chartered accountant regarding turnover details from new activity (mentioning the nature of activities and the relevant period) should be enclosed."

Please provide me the format of CA certificate and kindly advise me on the below:

1. First time company is entering into the new activity, so there is no question of turnover as the same is nill. So what should i write in the CA certificate with reference to turnover?

2. What is relevant period? and again what should i write about the period?

Kindly reply on the above as the same is very urgent.

May be u can start new activity without altering the object clause, may be after certain months u can file necessary documents with ROC.
