Dear Members, Any company holding its first AGM as per Sec 96(1) can hold its AGM within 9 months from the end of FY 2019-20 ie. 31st Dec 2020. Now taking extension circular, It says extension of 3 months from the due date, can the AGM be held on 31st March 2021.

Thanks & Regards,                                                                   PCS ABHILASH

The circular is not applicable for companies holding its 1st AGM.
