DRAFT LETTER TO REMOVE CORPORATE GURANTEE

Can anyone send me draft letter to be given to bank to remove corporate gurantee given by the company

Dear Dilip,

 

There is no specified format for it. We need to send a letter requesting bank for waiver of corporate guarantee and justifying with some reasons like the company is no longer a closely held company and alike reasons ; and hence the need of corporate guarantee needs to be waived off by the bank. Get the same signed by the authorized bank signatory.
