ROC Letter for removal of Company name

A company has received a letter from ROC for removal of name u/s 248 due to late filing of form INC 20a. 

What should be the suitable course of action. INC 20A was filed 2 years after incorporation.

If the Company has filed INC-20A then attach the copy of challan of INC-20 as annexure to the reply to concerned ROC sent by post and on mail id of Concerned ROC

THATS THE NOTICE UNDER SECTION 248. IF DIRECTOR WANTS TO CONTINUE WITH COMPANY. THAN YOU HAVE TO REPLY NOTICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF NOTICE. IF DIRECTOR ARE NOT INTERESTED THAN BY NOT FILE REPLY. ROC PROCEED FOR STRIKE OFF
