Dear Members,

Can any help on my query

I am filing resignation of Partner in LLP.

Is form LLP 13 required for resignation of Partner in LLP? If yes then what will be the date to be recorded in form 13? whether it should be prior to 30 days of actual date of resignation letter signed?.
