Request to ICSI for the resolution in technical glitches in Resubmission of Form STK-2

Dear Members,

We are planning to raise this concern to ICSI, Its demand of the time to take some initiative for saving our future as these technical glitches on the MCA portal will completely vanish our profession.
We should prepare a list of pending SRN of the Form STK-2 for which resubmission was not made due to the technical glitches of MCA V3 and that list should be forwarded to ICSI so that the Institute comes to know about the actual ground reality of the stakeholders. 
Please copy the below mentioned table and fill the details of your pending SRN of Form STK-2 and reply to this email itself.

Following are the error while resubmitting the Form STK-2:

  1. E-form STK-2/FTE vide SRN F53781670 is already pending against the CIN.
  2. Filing is not allowed since Form STK-2 is pending against the company vide SRN F53781670.

We have raised the complaint with FO_20230627943780 which was resolved with no proper resolution, further, we have raised another complaint with FO_20230703963819.

We request the learned authorities to kindly extend the date of resubmission for Form STK-2 and fix the errors.

We filed Form STK - 2 on 12/03/2023 bearing SRN F59567644.

 

The form has been marked for re-submission. The time for the re-submission is not mentioned in the remark and we have also not received any email for the same.

 

When we try to edit the form, we are not able to save the form. Hence, not able to submit the same. The error pops up that 

 

"There is some Technical error, Please try after sometime."

 

Moreover, when we are attaching files in Optional Attachments even when the total size of all the attachments is very less than 10 MB it shows error that the total size of all attachments should not be more than 10MB . Due to this we are not able to attach the required files.

 

We have tried multiple times with different browsers but we are not able to submit the same.

 

We tried calling corporate seva Kendra but nothing worked.

 

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible as we do not know the last date of re-submission or please give us more time for re-submission.

Dear All,

We have received 70 pending SRN of form STK-2 in which resubmission was not filed due to technical errors, if anybody have status of the Form showing "pending for approval" on V2 or "under processing" on V3, then please call MCA Helpdesk to know the actual status of the form, only then u will get to know about the resubmission remarks.

I talked to the MCA helpdesk, they said technical issues are going on in Form SKT-2, you can try to fill the form tomorrow.

No response from MCA Helpdesk

Does Anyone have an Email ID of C-PACE Authority..?
I think We should directly mail to the C-PACE Authority our issue with supporting documents so that they may take action to grant relaxation. Because it's impossible to file resubmission forms with this technical issue.

Also those who have filed Form STK-2 in March, 2023 will have to suffer huge costs since now those companies have to complete their Annual Filing for the FY 2022-2023 first, before proceeding for fresh application in Form STK-2.

If anyone gets a C-PACE Authority Mail ID, please share here. so that we can let them know what technical difficulties we are facing.

Error: We have filed one STk-2 form on 19.01.2023 through V2 account login id, however since STK-2 is moved to V3 portal we are unable to upgrade the User Account from MCA V2 to V3.

 We got mail on 01.07.2023 subjected as “SRN PENDING FOR USER ACTION”, where they mailed that resubmission required for said SRN but remark for resubmission was not mentioned, so we tried to login on V2 to find out the resubmission remark but unable to login, thereafter we called MCA Helpdesk, where we actually got the resubmission remarks but as unable to migrate with V2 to V3 so we are helpless to resubmit the form as it is not showing in V3.

Hi members,
Today we resubmitted our Cancelled form STK-2 form on the MCA portal. 
follow this step:- 
1. call the MCA helpdesk and tell them to highlight your complaint for quick resolution.
2. they will give you a chance to resubmit the form.
