Challan status - pending for payment

It has been around 36 hours that I have made payment of a challan , but it is still not updated on MCA and the payment is already deducted from my account. What should I do in this case?

The stakeholder is being informed that your matter is related to F.O portal and is not under jurisdiction of CRC. Therefore, you are kindly requested to raise ticket regarding your matter so that our technical team can look into the matter and provide you with the concerned resolution
