MCA Form size problem (file more than 6MB)

Hey Everyone

I was trying to file Form 11. Its size is 400Kb after everything is filled. But once its signed by both the Designated Partners, its size increases to 6400KB. And when i try to file it, it shows error as MCA doesn't accept the file more than 6MB.

How do you guys solve this type of problem.

Hello,

Hope you are using Acrobat DC version. Kindly uninstall that version and use Acrobat reader version 11. You can reduce the file size drastically.

For the PDF size not to be increased, we should follow the instructions given below (given in MCA site)

- The size of the e-form increases significantly after attaching the DSC. What should be done to optimize the PDF file size? 

Please follow the below instructions to limit the increase in PDF file size while affixing the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).

1. Open any PDF file or right click any PDF file.

2. Select Edit > Preferences. The Preferences window is displayed.

3. Select Category: Signature. The Digital Signatures section is displayed.

4. Click “More” button under the Creation & Appearance section.

5. Uncheck “Include signature's revocation status” option.

Please follow this and then try to affix the DSC again. At that time, size won't increase above 6MB
