Dear Girish,

 

Plz find the desired Resolution-

 

         “Resolved that an overdraft facility in Current Account which is being opened with Union Bank of India, Anand Niketan, Opp Ram Lal Anand College, New Delhi, be obtained against pledge of an FDR for Rs. 75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lacs only).”

           “It was further resolved that Mr. XY Zbe and arehereby severally authorized to

           sign, file or lodge any document as may be required for the above purpose or to

           enter into any agreement on behalf of the Company to carry out the above

            transaction.”
