Certificate of Creation of Charge/Certificate of Satisfaction of charge

Dear Members,

Is certificate of Creation and satisfaction of charge being generated in V3 portal. We have filed couple of forms but not received certificate for even one... And there is no track for filing new charge and after filing chg 4, charge still exists in V2 portal. Please suggest to resolve this.

No it is not being generated, i have filed one CHG-1 form on 23rd September, 2022 still not received the charge registration certificate.

By mail from  nor...@mca.gov.in  (also mail is sent CC to bank or third party and company's regd mail ID) and added in downloads section ZIP folder after mail is received with subject line "Application registered - Form CHG-1".

But I have also recd for 1 form CHG -1 only, filed initially on V3 portal. Remaining still pending  , raised complaint also but till date no mail nor response

Thank You for your prompt reply. I had filed 5 forms in September and all certificate are generated yesterday and I got creation and satisfaction certificates through mail. Further it has been updated in V2 portal as well.
