WHEN TO FILE MGT-14 FOR RIGHT ISSUE

Dear All

Pls tell in case of right issue of shares by a Private Co., when can we file MGT-14, DATE of BM in which right issue is approved is 8th July, 2014.. date of letter of offer is 10th July, 2014, the offer will open for subscription on 14th July to 28th July...

can we file MGT-14 for Board resolution passed on 8th July, 2014 or we need to wait till 14th July when offer will open for subsciption.. also can we file PAS-3 on 14th July in case of early intimation from all the shareholders on 14th july itself  ???

can you please share Right issue process and documents with us. We are also in the process of issue shares to existing shareholders.

According to me, MGT-14 for issue of shares through Rights shall be filed within 30 days of BM, which is 08.07.2014
