Edit the web form, try to fill complete form again by typing and avoid copy-paste. Fill the complete webform without any special character/double spacing, ensure attachments(if any) renamed and name shouldn't contain special characters/double spacing/long name upto 15letter.

Yes, we are also facing the same issue. Try to fill any other Form other than DPT 3 and after saving only 1st page of that form then try to open fresh DPT 3, it worked for us. Maybe it can help you too. Other resolutions are also welcome.
