Job Description Minimum 3-5 years in a reputed corporate or property law firm and having experience in land deals, structuring transactions, having good drafting skills and ability to independently draft and vet development agreement, leave and license agreement, conveyance, agreement for sale, etc. Having sharp commercial acumen and communication skills. Basic knowledge of process of RERA Registration. Drafting RERA Complaints, Appeals, Affidavit in Reply, Miscellaneous Applications. RERA filing and departmental work , Appearing before MahaRERA Authority, Adjudicating Officer, Appellate Tribunal, High Court of Judicature at Mumbai, Research based upon latest decisions of Supreme Court of India and different High Courts of India. Title Due Diligence. Draft, review, vet and finalise documents in property Transaction. Reviewing Lenders document relating to project financing. Having experience in conducting legal due diligence and conversant with property laws & RERA Upto date with latest developments Knowledge IBC will be added qualification.
