FIRST AGM DUE DATE AND ANNUAL FILING

One  private company incorporated in the Month July, 2022, So what should be the due date of first AGM and annual return will be filed for the year 2022-23.

31st December, 2023 is the due date for holding of AGM and file form AOC-4 within 30 days from the date of the AGM and e-form MGT-7 within 60 days.
