Please provide a board resolution for private limited company who wants to create a gratuity trust .

Dear Friends

Find the requested Resolution.

"RESOLVED THAT formation of Gratuity Trust under The Payment Of Gratuity Act 1972 for the purpose paying the gratuity as per the provisions of the Indian Income-tax Act, 1961, for the persons working in ABC Limited, as provisionally approved by Board of Directors and signed by the Company Secretary on behalf of the company and filed by the Trustees with the Income-tax authorities be and is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Company Secretary of the Company be and is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the concerned Income-tax authorities and other authorities as may be required."
