Dear all,

Can anyone guide me as to what are the documents required to be submitted with a merchant banker 

for obtaining the valuation report with regard to Sweat equity issue.

Also i will appreciate if you can provide me with the format of such valuation report given b merchant banker 

and certificate from an independent Chartered Accountant certifying that the valuation of the intellectual property or other value addition is in accordance with the relevant accounting standards.
