Form ADT -1

Dear All,

 

Since the Form ADT=1 is attachment form , there is no column for digital signature . But , the form says that director has to sign the form digitally.

 

Whether the director can sign the form digitally and the same will be attached  with form GNL 2 and then filed.

 

Further , in the form GNL 2 , there is a column date of event (AGM Date).

 

Besides that , there is column from period -------- to Period.

 

If u fill in the date of event in the GNL 2 , then ,

If u fill in the date of event in the GNL 2 , then ,  the period from -- to is not activated and we cannot fill in the details there that the auditor appointment for the year 2014-15.

 

How to overcome these issues. Those who have filed and form GNL2 got approved already can please share their experience .

Sir,

I filed the form with physical signature of director in the ADT-1 and attached it with the form GNL-2. The period was not entered since it did not allow me to enter. The form has been approved.

Dear Sir

Since form ADT-1 is still not available on MCA site.. so u have to fill it physically and get it signed manually by the director along with company's stamp and u need to attach that form ADT-1 as filled in GNL-2..

further to ur second doubt u need to mention in....... period to period 01/04/2013 to 31/03/2014.. if you r filing form for previous years then form 23B is there on site also..

PFA ADT-1 in word format for ur reference.. and yeah to my previous mail one correction.. you need to fill AGM date in date of event and nothing is to be filled in year to year column as form allows to fill only one option..

As per Sec. 139, only Notice of Appointment in Form ADT-1 is to be attached.

I think attaching Consent from Auditor is not mandatory.

I dont think it is compulsory to file Eligibility certificate and consent.

No it is not mandatory to file. Only form ADT 1 is mandatory attachment in Form GNL -2. Eligibility Certificate and consent letter are onlyfor internal records.

eligbility certificate and consent may not be spelt as mandatory in the form...however as a prudent practice it is better to get those copies and attach....otherwise those documents will never be made and later on as the certifying professional we will only run into problems
