Agile Pro Error- Drop down menu not working

Dear All 

  Trying since 2 days , drop-down Menu of Agile PRO ,INC-35 not working after Police Station details. 

Anyone has any solution to this? please help.

work in firefox , and edit the spice part B and then proceed all form , it will work , i have done it successfully.
