Registration of DIN on mca with first name

Dear Professionals,

A DIN is acquired with frst name only. Please advice how to register it with dsc on mca.
As it shows last name mandatory
Kindly respond urgently.

Can also go with father's name

Will not match with either father name or his first name...will have to changes in din name or talk to DIN CELL...

Dear, this MCA people, instead of removing difficulties faced by the stakeholder under the new MCA portal, has been allowing it to continue.The format for registration of DSC is designed by them with 2 mandatory fields - one  for FIRST name and another one for LAST name; it reject single name even if it is as per DIN. It is a deviation from the earlier portal wherein only the FIRST name was mandatory field, and the name should be as per DIN data.

 PAN data has been  basic(relating to name) for DIN;  MCA system had earlier approved DIN even with single name if it is so in PAN; and DSC has been issued as per PAN data.Earlier Role Check was done as per DIN data even with single name.Further in South India single name is very common.  Without understanding the matter, they had made mandatory field for last name in designing the formate and thus created problem to all existing  Directors having single name for DSC registration/renewal. The new Portal did not accepted 'father' name as last name in Role Check because DIN data has single name, pl note.
 
They can easily remove the said problem by having only one mandatory field for first name, adopted earlier in the old portal. Alternatively they can allow stakeholders to file FORM DIR-6 with affidavit for inclusion of last name in DIN data.
All the efiling works are pending due to the problem in doing Role Check.
 
Now altering PAN, DIN ,DSC(and all other matters in which PAN name was used) are very difficult and also requires proper  documents in this connection.

 I faced the same problem but no positive solution till date except receiving a formal ready made answer. Anyhow you can raise a ticket by making complaint to MCA .Unless complaints after complaints made by stakeholders, no positive solution can be expected.
