INC 22 - Premises owned by person other than Directors - Documents

Hi,

What documents are required for filing INC 22 for New Company Incorporation. The premises is owned by a person other than a director. We have obtained 

1. NOC on Rs 20 Stamp paper

2. Electricity Bill

while the form is further asking to upload the mandatory attachment for "Proof of Registered Office address (Conveyance/Lease deed/Rent Agreement etc.along with the rent receipts)"

kindly suggest which document has to be uploaded to this section.

Attach RENT/LEASE AGREEMENT alongwith a Rent receipt.

Hi Kapil,

Can we obtain a rental agreement for a company which is yet to be incorporated? If yes kindly let me know. 

1. Should the agreement be in the name of Company or any person representing the company.

2. Any clause specifically required in agreement like ratification of agreement post incorporation  etc. 

3. Whether municipality tax paid receipt is a sufficient evidence for proof of registered office.

1) Agreement should be in the name of any one of the Proposed director.

2) General agreement would be suffice.

3) On a safer side attach Rent receipt also.
