Udin of ca according to agm

Dear all,

Can a Ca sign the balance sheet with udin of December if the company is incorporated in Jan 2025 or in the FY 2024-25 and udin date is 02.12.2025 if the agm is 30.12.2025 same as signing of the balance sheet

Please let me know as soon as possible.
