Anyone facing this issue while filing PAS 3 Every point after pint 3 coming Twice?

Yes seriously i m sane with full of my conscious but its coming twice

and One BIG CHANGE is LIST OF ALLOTTEE Attachment is now we have to file in Excel format PDF is not taking by system.

N now while submitting form this error showing
