Mobile otp not getting generated

Dear Team, 

at the time of update of role as director on V3 portal otp not mobile is not getting generated.

otp on email is received but not on mobile. as talked with mca they said at the time of company formation in directors details entered -"+10digitmobile number".

so kindly help on the same as  I am unable to role as director on v3 portal.

File DIR-3_KYC and change the Phone number.

Also, DSC verification is not mandatory for KYC.

If that's the case, either you'll have to wait until next year to file KYC or you need to get it sorted by the back end team of the MCA through Customer care or grievance redressal.

We are also facing same issue from past 3 days.. no issues in email OTP.. but director is not receiving mobile OTP
