CHG-1 error of DSC not associate with Bank PAN on MCA

Dear all.

I am facing error while uploading Form CHG-1 that DSC not registered with AAC*****B on MCA portal  (it is Bank PAN No)

how to resolve this issue ?

is any one facing face issue ?

Kindly enter the PAN number of the concerned Bank official who is affixing his DSC on the form and also get his DSC registered on MCA V3 portal  under Director/Secretary/ Authorized Representative category..

I think Bank DSC will be organization DSC (signing + encryption), so will it associate PAN of authorized official with DSC of Bank

Technically it’s not possible to register DSC against  Bank neither we can use Bank officers PAN in that Place,

Issue is serious they should consider.

Request all to raise tickets on MCA with specific facts, it may resolve issue in general.

You do one thing. Tick both the Declaration parts ie one for charge holder and second one for international financial institution. then charger holders pan may not be asked and given. Then place dsc of director, bank, professional. The form will be uploaded without any problems.

But the bank is a local entity and not an international financial institution without a PAN. Wrong particulars cannot be filed in an eform.

Try this :

on last page mention PAN of bank attached Bank DSC and below that option one is there blank that place designation of bank official (ie Manager) and Mentioned pan of That person whose DSC is affixing on behalf of bank and Affix DSC of Bank, then Affix Certifying person's DSC then upload by this you will able to file the Form.
