Procedure to get RBI approval

Hi,

A new private limited company is to be formed with the object of providing finance for purchase of home appliances. This requires approval from RBI to operate the said business.

Can someone please share your experience as to what is the procedure to get approval from RBI. Kindly advise.

First form company

Then file application for CoR with Rbi through cosmos portal and submit other docs to Rbi

May take min 6 months

Dear Deepti,

Prior you have to take Approval of name with the E-NOC from the RBI which can avail through mail also and after the company name got approved have to attach an Affidavit for RBI approval/Compliance and Licence from RBI for dealing in finance have to take after company got incorporated.
