Public docs download from MCA site

Dear Friends,

For the first time today I tried to download annual retport and annual return of a Pvt. :Ltd. company from MCA portal.

I made the payment by credit card and selected the option to add to cart. but cart is empty.

Can anyone suggest what how to get the downloaded docs after payment has been made and upto how long they remain in access once payment has been made.

It's available for 7 days and once you start  download the forms it will accessible for 3 hours only .

Dear member,

After login click on the workspace. You can view the downloaded company docs in workspace. The company name is stated in the last sheet of workspace. Once you click on download it is valid for 3 hours. If you didn't  click on downloads. The details will be available  for 7 days... please correct me if I am wrong.
