Dear sir

We had file AOC 4 with some clerical error and it was cancelled as the resubmission period was lapsed.

Now can we file fresh AOC 4 again taking CFSS scheme advantage .

And  do we have to file GNL 4 form along with it.

And if yes whether GNL 4 goes with as an attachment or we have to upload as linked form.

Kindly advise.

I believe the extension would be granted but for a short time, most likely one month. 

It comes only on the last day so that whatever can be completed is done. Let's hope for the best. 

Ps keep the clients informed that compliance can be done only after receipt of financial statements and auditors reports.

After seeing this sort of flash news in the midnight, what hopes can we keep ?? 

They are only focused on levying fees & collecting penalties.

Last year the whole world was affected because of the pandemic & so many of us are suffering even today. It's so challenging for us & small businesseses in earning revenue & at this situation, putting this sort of heavy burden is going to make lives a living hell.
