Anyone know how to cancel SRN V3 portal?

It will automatically get cancelled after 15 days.

I have filed on din web kyc Otp send successfully and SRN also generated but Challan not received and Same SRN is NOT Showing In Transaction history

After one more KYC is done , the challan automatically gets downloaded. And in track payment status SRN is not valid showing. 

Please help what we can do.
