CONVERSION OF OCRPS INTO EQUITY.

Hello Sir,

We have OCRPS in our Company and we have converted them into equity shares. So my Question is to you is :

(1) whether the stamp duty is required to be paid on Conversion if we have already paid the stamp duty at the time of Allotment of ocrps

(2) if  no Stamp duty is required to be paid on conversion then which date will we mention in the new share certificate?

If at the time of issue of pref shares, stamp duty paid then at the time of conversation into equity in the hands of same holder it will not be leviable and PAS3 form is required to file
