DSC Error While Submitting Form

Hi Sir,

While submitting Incorporation form, I am getting this error " DSC is not attached for PAN in AGILE Form".  DSC has affixed twice however the same error showing while uploading.

Kindly help.

We got this error when we affixed digital sign on Agile and INC-9 in Adobe Reader DC. But when we affixed digital signs on Agile and INC-9 in Adobe Reader 11, the error was gone. Please try.
