MCA V2 Late Fee Calculator

Hey,

In case of a private limited company, ROC Annual filing is pending since its incorporation i.e. 16/01/2019 for 4 financial years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23. Authorized and Paid up is Rs.1,00,000/- One Lakh only.

While calculating late fee for F.Y. 2019-20 on V2 Portal it is showing heavy amount of late fees i.e. for Form ADT-1 Rs.3900/- for AOC-4 Rs.103200/- and for Form MGT-7 Rs.97200/- .

 

Can anyone help in for calculating late fees for annual filing? Any way?

it is INR 100/- per form since expiry of due date till filing.

further, in case of second default it is 200/- per day, which right now, the fee calculator is not calculating, ELSe it would be much higher as being shown.
