DSC Registration of Registered User - Mandatory ????

Dear All,

Login id of a person in V3 created as Registered User.  The person does not have a DIN and need to obtain at the time of Incorporation.

Now, whether registration of DSC is mandatory to file Incorporation Documents.

Hi,

You can register dsc as registered user and can change it to business user once the director gets the din.

Kindly register the DSC as 'Authorised Representative ' using the PAN of the Individual. Once the DIN is obtained, you can go ahead with updating the DIN to the MCA portal.
