Correction in MCA Master Data

Dear All,

I have a company, whose master data shows charge created prior to 2006, while charge was never created on the assets of the company.

Also, on VPD charge creation documents prior to 2006 of some other company are uploaded.

Please help with the procedure to make necessary corrections?

Hi,

ROC has the power to change Company's master data.

Kindly draft following documents:

1. Request letter to ROC for correction in master data;

2. Board resolution for changing the master data;

3. Declaration by the Directors on behalf of the Company for change in master data.

Take the declaration on stamp paper of Rs. 100/-. Get it notarized and approach the ROC office. Resolution also to be notarized.

Along with these documents, take the print out of VPD charge creation page.

Hi,

U/s 83 ROC has the power to change register/index of charge data.

Kindli make application to the roc u/s 83 describing this error with following doc.

1. Request letter to ROC for correction in index of charge

2. Board resolution for changing the master data;

3. Declaration by the Directors on behalf of the Company for change in master data.

Take the declaration on stamp paper of Rs. 100/-. Get it notarized and approach the ROC office. 

Along with these documents, take the print out of VPD charge creation page.
