DIR-12 filing time limit

 What is the time limit for filing DIR-12 after allotment of DIN to a director?

Within 30days of passing Board Resolution or Ordinary Resolution, as the case may be, Form DIR 12 shall be filed.

The DIN application and allotment was done on 19/03/2018 and no board resolution was made as not required for the DIR-3 so now company in its board meeting on 27th march 2018 want to appoint them as director so i need to file DIR-12 with 30 days from 27th march ?

DIR-12 is to be filed within 30 days from the date of appointment in the Board meeting wherein the appointment was made & not from the date when DIN was allotted.

So in your case like you said, if the Board appoints him in its meeting held on 27th March, then DIR-12 is required to be filed within 30 days from the date of 27th March

right, Form DIR 12 shall be filed within 30 days from the date of appointment (27/03/2017) i.e. on or before  25th April, 2018.
