Hi All,

Can anybody provide me format of Clarification Letter to be sent to ROC for approving name.

ROC has rejected name on the basis of resemblance of existing name, however it is not resembling, so promoters wish to attach clarification letter from their side.

Please take it on urgent basis.

Simple draft 2-3 line para containing clarification that name is not resembling and add also that director/promoter wl undertake responsibility for future action, if any.
