Trademark Issue-Please help.

Dear members,

I have following reply from the Registrar of Trademark :-

Gentlemen/Madam,

The above-said application shell be advertised in the Trade Mark Journal As Accepted under the provisions of section 20(1)of the Trade Marks Act,1999

Please note that if no compliance , if any , is received within the 30 days from thereceipt of this order , the application shall deemed to have been abandoned without any further notice in lack of prosecution under Section 132 of the Act.

What compliance's they are referring for? Please reply.

Nothing is required to comply,

It will be proceed for (R) after 4 month from the date of publication. If No Opposition is rece'd during 4 month period. it will be (R)

take it easy!!

It is required to comply if it is issued by the registrar as an examination report whether is is for acceptance.

but the reply will not be submitted online you have to submit it offline.

You may write it as:-

We refer to your letter no. TMR/DELHI/EXM/2016 dated 07.06.2016 purported to be uploaded online and discovered recently (copy attached for ready reference). 

 

With reference to the captioned matter and to the examination report issued in the matter by the trademark registry stated that the abovesaid application shall be advertised in the Trade Mark journal as Advertised before acceptance under the provisions of section 20(1) of the Trade marks Act, 1999,

 

In view of the above, we humbly agree and prayed the Registrar to kindly allow the subject application to be published in the Trade Mark Journal as Advertised before acceptance under the provisions of section 20(1) of the Trademarks Act, 1999.
